Shipping & Delivery

Your products will be shipped through The United States Postal Service (USPS) by Priority Mail, 2-Day delivery service or through FedEx. Your order will be placed and shipped the same day it is received unless your order is placed after 2:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. If your order is placed after 2:00pm, Monday through Thursday, your product will be shipped the following day (unless your order falls on a Saturday or Sunday, in which case, your product will be shipped the following Monday). Please be aware that Dermaheal has a high order demand on certain products, and because we do have high-volume orders, there are times the product you order online may be out of stock. If the product you ordered is out of stock, you will be notified immediately what the next available delivery date will be.

Ordering

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. For most Dermaheal products, you will receive your order within 2 to 3 days, unless you choose a longer delivery time, or are out of the country and shipping internationally. Are you a first time Dermaheal customer? If you would like to purchase any of our Dermaheal products, all you need to do is go online and order what product(s) you want, enter all necessary information for the shipping and billing purposes, choose the shipping method, and we will send you your Dermaheal product. If you are interested in purchasing our 2Weeks Miracle Skincare Program, we do offer a great money-saving program for the 2 Weeks Miracle Skincare line.
