Shipping & Delivery

Your products will have the option between USPS and UPS method of shipment through our website.  Orders will be processed and shipped within 4 business days of receipt.  Please be aware that Dermaheal has a high order demand on certain products, and because we do have high-volume orders, there are times the product you order online may be out of stock. If the product you ordered is out of stock, you will be notified immediately what the next available delivery date will be.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHODS

USPS International Mail - this may be a more affordable route to unfortunately we cannot guarantee the shipment once it leaves our warehouse as a tracking number is provided only outlining the goods as they leave the US and would potentially arrive in your country, making the shipment not trackable should the goods become lost, stolen, damaged or undeliverable

UPS Worldwide Express Saver - this may be a more expensive route however we can guarantee the goods and provide a detailed tracking number for your shipment
